We try to provide some answers to some frequently asked questions here on this page. Hopefully, the answers that we provide here will prove valuable to you as you visit and naviagate through our site.
1. Does it cost anything for Clear Shot Sports to come out to a sporting event and photograph a game for us?
Answer: We do not charge to come out to an event for organizations that have become one of our valued partners. For us to come out and shoot your game, there is a cost for us to provide a professional shooter with professional equipment. For our partners, we absorb this cost but for those organizations that we have not yet established a partnership with, we do charge a shoot fee in order for us to professionally capture your memories for you. 2. In addition to sports, does Clear Shot Sports take weddings, family portraits or Senior portraits?
Answer: We previously did not officially photograph any of these sort of events as part of our offerings at Clear Shot Sports. We have now opened up a new venture called Clear Shot Classic! Classic specializes in Wedding, Family and Senior portraits so this is the perfect match for Clear Shot Sports and will provide the same high quality and customer service that you have come to expect when dealing with Clear Shot Sports! 3. I really love your new Wall Clings but was hoping that they are available with action shots as well and not only the league photos. Can I get a wall cling made from an action shot of my favorite player?
Answer: In order to get a wall cling made we just need to make sure that the resolution of the photograph is high enough to produce a quality wall cling for you. The majority of the time, there will be no issue because most of our action photos taken outdoors are of very high resolution. The exception to this might be those taken on an overcast or dark day. The other times could be some indoor photos such as basketball and wrestling but in general, most of our action shots should work great for any size of our wall clings!
4. When purchasing one of your Specialty Products directly off of your website, do I have any other payment options other than using my credit card on the Paypal site?
Answer: We much prefer that all of our Special Products transactions go through Paypal. On the Paypal site you can either pay with your Paypal acount ( if you have one ) but you do not need to have one to make payment. You can use your credit card to make payment there too. If you for some reason, strongly object to using Paypal then we will make an exception to take your order. In that case, you must use our Contact form to contact us and we will get back with you to process your order manually.
