At Clear Shot Sports, my goal is simply to provide quality photographs of some of Northeast Ohio's best young athletes in action. However, I do recognize and share your concern about privacy issues when it comes to the Internet.

I have done my best to make certain that all of the digital images that I post on this website have been secured in such a way that they may not be downloaded and saved to a personal computer by anyone viewing the images. However, this being the internet there seems to always be a way for someone to do just that. I watermark all of our images and the images that appear on our site are not of printable quality to discourage this. Once we have photographed an event, the original digital images are stored on a secure medium for further printing and are NOT available to anyone other than a customer who completes our checkout procedures and sends payment. This includes entering his or her full name, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and complete payment information. I feel secure knowing that making this information mandatory before placing an order provides both us and you the customer with assurance that the images posted on Clear Shot Sports will not cause you concern.

If after having read our privacy policy, you still have privacy concerns about yourself or a family member and do not wish to have your images posted on our site, please contact me immediately, and I will be more than happy to remove the images in question from our gallery. My goal is provide a service to the families of Northeast Ohio athletes, and I will do whatever is required to assure you the highest level of customer service.
