Q: How do I locate my specific event in the gallery and how do I go about purchasing photographs?

A: Clear Shot Sports has been designed to be as simple and intuitive as possible. We have included an online guide to assist you through this process if necessary.

Q: Do I need a Paypal account to use the PayPal system for payment on an order from
Clear Shot Sports?


A: Absolutely not. We have made it simple for you to make payment with PayPal. All you need to do is verify some basic information about yourself and then enter your credit card information into the PayPal screens. PayPal is a secured site used by millions of buyers and sellers worldwide. They will verify your credit card information and then notify us when the transaction has been finalized. You will then get a sumarization e-mail from Paypal detailing your transaction for your records. If you choose, you can setup a free PayPal account for future transactions but this is not required.


Q: How soon after I make payment with PayPal will my order be shipped to me?

A: As soon as we receive your payment, we will begin processing of your order. Orders will typically ship 2-3 business days after we receive payment. The exception to this time frame will be if you order larger prints or a slideshow. This takes us more time to process but you will be notified of progress as your order is processed. Your order status in our system will be updated within 24 hours of your successful Paypal transaction
. In your confirmation e-mail from us, you will find a link from which you can manage your order. Do not be alarmed if your order is still not marked as paid immediately after you have made your PayPal transaction. We will update your order status as paid when we receive verification from PayPal.

Q: Will I receive my order quicker by using PayPal to make payment?

A: Absolutely! By using Paypal you cut out the time it takes to mail us a check or money order and eliminate all of the bank check processing time. PayPal is the safest, quickest and most secure way to make payment and that is why it is one of the most widely used payment options available today!

Q: Can the pictures that I purchase from your Gallery be cropped or adjusted in any way before they are printed?

A: Often times, you may like to make adjustments to your photos before they are printed. These might include cropping out unwanted background or adjusting the brightness for example. During your checkout process there is an opportunity for you to type in Comments or Instructions to us concerning your order. Here is where you can specify any special cropping or adjustments you would like to have. We will do our best to accomodate your request. The digital images on our site were all taken at a very high resolution which allows us the flexibility to crop or adjust them without losing any quality. We also have the ability to zoom in on any image in our Gallery. This allows us to provide you with a much closer image of the subject than what you see on our website. Please feel free to request whatever you would like and we will do our best!

Q: Are there ever any differences between the images that are printed and what I see on the computer screen?

A: With digital photography, yes there is sometimes image cropping that occurs with some larger prints that is unavoidable. Most often you see this in 8 X 10 prints where the subject fills the entire frame. We do our very best with the images in question to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your finished product. We also do not ship anything that does meet our satisfaction of quality. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with any prints ordered from us, please contact us immediately and we will glady accept the pictures back from you and work out the solution that you desire.

Q: What type of paper and ink is used by Clear Shot Sports?

A: We use Epson Premium and Red River Premium Paper for all photos. All printing is done using Epson UltraChrome ink, a brand new generation of pigment ink. Building on the technology developed for the EPSON Archival(TM) Ink and the EPSON DuraBright(TM) Ink, this new UltraChrome Ink retains the advantages of high resistance to water and light, plus the largest color range for pigment inks. EPSON UltraChrome color ink pigments are encapsulated in a resin polymer which gives them their long lasting and water resistant properties. Depending on the paper stock, the ink is rated by Epson to last up to 75 years.

Q: What is your policy on personal information collected?

A: In our checkout process, we only require you enter the minimium amount of personal information necessary for us to validate your payment information, billing address, shipping address and a way to contact you if necessary. We do not sell or distribute your information to any other parties and your order history is stored in a secure database for future reference if needed. All of the original images that we take of Athletes are permanently stored on a secure medium and placed into a secure library accessible only to Clear Shot Sports. We take great care to protect your privacy and understand your concerns that we all share in today's world of eBusiness. Please review our Privacy Policy and if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q: How are my items shipped and what can I expect to pay for shipping and handling?

A: Photos are sent in stiff photo-mailers via U.S. first class mail. We charge a flat rate of $3.00 which includes all processing, shipping and handling. You should allow 1-2 weeks (maximum) total for processing, printing, shipping and handling and to receive your order. The Ship To address that you enter during the checkout process is where we will mail your order to so please be sure that it is correct. Remember, that you can manage your order using the link sent to you in your e-mail confirmation so you may check the status of your order at any time.

Q: Does Clear Shot Sports provide a satisfaction guarantee of quality?

A: We absolutely do guarantee that you will be satisfied with the quality of your order with us. If you have a quality issue with the printing of your photos or they are somehow damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to reprint your images for you and send them to you free of charge. We do ask that you return to the photographs in question to us so that we may verify the problem. This will allow us to make certain that the issue will not happen again on any future orders. Our goal is always to provide a quality product to you the customer!

Q: How soon after my event takes place can I expect to see the photographs available on Clear Shot Sports?

A: Our goal is to make certain that all images from an event are posted on our website within 24 hours of the event. You will easily be able to locate your event by following the linked images starting on our Online Gallery page. By clicking through the albums you will find a thumbnail display page from which you can browse all thumbnails for your event and click on any thumbnail for a larger image and purchase options.

Q: How long after my event will the photographs available on Clear Shot Sports?

A: All images will be available for your review and purchase on our site for up to 8 weeks after the event. If you would like to browse or purchase images that have been removed from our website after 8 weeks, please contact us and we will be more than happy to re-post the event for a period of time so that you can enjoy them once again.
